109/15 = 7.2 but she can't mow .2 so the answer would be 8.

109 dollars is our final goal, and we get 15 per lawn. To find out how many, divide these two to see how many lawns are needed.
109/15=7.26
Since we are not going to get paid for only finishing part of the lawn, we must round up to a complete lawn, at 8, to get enough payment.
