What is 0.001 as a percent

The answer is .1% because when you change a decimal to a percentage you move the decimal point to the tight two time, and vise versa for a percentage to a decimal you move the decimal point two spaces to the left.

1 tenth(1/10) of a percent or .1%
I know this because you multiply the decimal*100 to get the percent.
