In college football, the Associated Press ranked teams from 1 to 25. A first place vote gets 25 points, a second place vote gets 24 and so on. Rankings after 25 are considered "unranked" and receive no points. In 2014, Ohio State finished with 1475 points and Oregon finished with 1402 points. How could Oregon move past Ohio State, assuming Ohio State's points remain unchanged?
