The word Modal refers to the mode, which is the most common number of a set of numbers. So, for instances, you could have a set of temperatures for a month, and what you're asked for is the mode, you would find the most common temperature number in that month. I hope this helped!

In Math, a modal
value is
the most common number in a set of data. For example, in the data set 2, 3, 3, 4, the
modal
value is 3, as it is the most common number in the set.
