Which quadrilateral does NOT always have congruent diagonals? Why? I know it is a rhombus but i dont know why. someone please help!

Most quadrilateral will not have congruent diagonals: rectangles (incl squares) and isosceles trapezium are the exception.

the formule of rhombus is 1/2 d1,d2
since the both diagonals can be of different lenght becos the diagonal through the base may not be equal to the diagonal of the hypotenuse,since the
rhombus is a square also
