Henry was truly concerned about the corruption of some memembers of the Virginia governemt and their ways to govern the territory.

He took actions lke the Two Penny Act which prompted the local government of Virginia to regulate the wages and costs of tobacco during the droughts which affected the crops. Also, he advocated for the deffense of the liberties and rights of common people thorought out the Stamp Act.
