What did the colonists want to do after the French and Indian war

The Answer is They Wanted to become Allies.
France was very interested in keeping the fur trade with the Native Americans. The English people, I mean English Settlers and fur traders began to move into the Ohio Territory. English fur traders began paying higher prices to the Native Americans for the furs. The English fur trade caused French fur traders to loose money.
