It is a rational number, whole number, and an integer.
Integers include the set of whole numbers which are {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ...} and their negative counterparts which are {-1, -2, -3, -4 ...}.
Since 0 is an integer, it's rational because all integers are rational numbers.
