A triangle in total is 360°. So you add what you are given

46 + 61 = 107

and subtract that from 360

360 - 170 = 190

And the remainder is the last unknown angle.

So, the third angle is 190°

For the most part, triangle angle measures add up to 180 degrees. Therefore, all that is needed to be done to figure out the third angle measure is add up the two that are already given and subtract that from 180. The answer will be the third angle measure.
