When you brew a coffee you're creating a Solution.

Tiny particles from coffee grounds, or solutes, are dissolved in water, the solvent.

Answer is: D) Solution.

Solution is homogeneous mixture (the same proporties of its components throughout any given sample) composed of two or more substances.

In aqueous solution, solvent is water and solute (in this example coffee beans) is a substance dissolved in water.

Water and coffee beans can be separated with distillation (process of heating and cooling).
