An aptitude test is a test that is created to assess one’s logical reasoning or thinking performance. Aptitude tests assess one’s learning ability when given the right knowledge and instruction. This test contains multiple choice questions which are usually timed, and to be answered under examination conditions. The result of the test is usually compared to that of a control group inorder to determine one’s abilities and level of competency.
