Which of the following words in a book's title should be capitalized in a citation?

D. nouns Proper nouns are capitalized are citations. In normal titles usually more words are capitalized but it is limited down to just proper nouns when used in most citation formats. For example, "The" might be capitalized in a books actual title, but not in the citation.
