explain how an interlocking schedule at a Porto Rican School works why are interlocking schedules used

well an interlocked schedule is just where the schedules overlap each other, and they are used because Puerto rico and other Hispanic countries have 2 different choices on what times students can go to school so they needed a way to have both schedules without over crowding the school.
