The Cell Theory was developed from three German scientist's discoveries. They are Matthias Schleiden, Theodor Schwann, and Rudolph Virchow. In 1838 the German Botanist Matthias Schleiden discovered that all plants were composed of cells. basically Matthias Schleiden did.
