Why do people have to follow the rules?

Well, some rules are put there for a reason. Say, there's a rule that states that nobody swims in the ocean after six pm because there's a risk of a shark attack. You should want to follow that rule. Rules are kinda important. :D

People need to follow rules because then there would be tons of kaous if rules weren't around the world would most likely look like the world is ending or something.
