Explain how a scientist would use dna or protein sequences taken from three different organisms to construct a cladogram.

Cladogram is a diagram in a branch form describing the relationships of organisms. It is created either by using the phenotype or genotype of an organism. A scientist can take note of the genetic sequence found in each of the organisms. Then comparison must be made for the three organisms.
