The expression with (-1) as its base , having x as it's exponent will be written as

\rightarrow (-1)^x

→The function will yield a Positive product if

x=Even Integer=E

\rightarrow (-1)^(E)=1

→And ,Negative Product

x=Odd Integer=O

\rightarrow (-1)^(O)=-1
