Allison buys 25 roses and some tulips she loses 4 flowers on her way home at home she counts 30 flowers how many tulips did she buy

ok so lets step up the equation : 25-4+x=total flowers x=tulips so 25-4=21 equation:21+x= so u add 9 plus 21= 30 total number of flower but they are 9 tulips in the 30 flowers hope this helped !!
