Substitute 0 for x
Y +5(0)= -3
Multiply 5 by 0
Final Answer: y= -3
2.) 3y-2x= 8
Substitute 0 for y
3(0) - 2x= 8
Multiply 3 by 0
-2x= 8
Divide both sides by -2
Final Answer: x= -4
