Example responses for resisting an offer of tobacco can be any phrase that politely indicate refusal: "No I think I'll pass. I'd rather not end up with heart disease or cancer"; "No, I have better things to spend my money on"; or "70% of people who smoke want to quit. Why even start?"

Many people know that tobacco is very bad for your health. Tobacco has Nicotine in it which is one of the most addictive stuff. useful response for resisting tobacco when offered is first of all it's very addictive and you can say that you don't want to be addicted to something which is very unhealthy, Also average price for pack of cigarettes is 5$ so you can say that you don't want to spend money on something that is so unhealthy when you can buy better stuff with your money.
