-10 since the parentheses mean multiply and multiplying a negative with a positive gives you a negative.

The given expression :

Then , we need to multiply -2 to itself 5 times.

i.e.
(-2)^5=-2*-2*-2*-2*-2=-32 (Product of odd numbers of -negative signs results in negative sign )
