I think the correct answer from the choices listed above is option A. This is on the case of an ideal gas inside the balloon. Being an ideal gas, it should follow the ideal gas equation where temperature and volume are directly related, So, doubling the temperature would as well double the volume of the balloon given there is constant pressure.
