Yes it can because if you mulitply the two same numbers together than divide your product by the number you mutipy it is the same. 2 examples 5x5=25 25/5=5 or 4x4=16 16/4=4

Yes. This Is Possible. The Reason Why Is Because:
You Can Have Perfect Squares.
For Example. 7 * 7 = 49.
If You Were to Do:
49/7 =
We Know That 49/7 = 7, Because 7 * 7 = 49.
