the volume of cylinder = area of base time height
V_cylinder = pi*4^2 = 16pi
V_semisphere = (4pir^3/3)/2 = (4pir^3)/6 = 4pi64/6 = 256pi/6 = 128pi/3
V_composite figure = 16pi + 128pi/3 = (48pi +128pi)/3 = 176pi/3
