Explanation:

Given: Sequence of number:- 1, 2.5, 4, 5.5, 7, ....

First we find the formula of the sequence

First term, a₁=1

Second term, a₂=2.5

Common difference, d = a₂ - a₁

d = 2.5 - 1 = 1.5

Formula:

a_n=a+(n-1)d

a_n=1 + (n-1)1.5

a_n=1+1.5n-1.5

a_n=1.5n-0.5

So, function of the sequence will be

f(n)=1.5n-0.5

This is equation of straight line. Now, we draw the graph of function.

Make table of n and f(n)

n : 1 2 3 4 5

f(n): 1 2.5 4 5.5 7

Plot the points on graph. Please see attachment for graph.

Domain of function: n≥1

Because sequence is start from 1.

So base on your question where there is a set of line graph in the choices and what could be the perfect graph that could have or be fit with this sequences 1, 2.5, 4, 5.5, 7. So base on your data i conclude that the slope of the graph is 1.5 and you just need to graph it and its a slanting line that has a slope of 1.5
