A bird catches a fish, flies 100 yards upward in a straight line, and then drops the fish. The fish lands at a spot that is 50 yards horizontally from the point where the bird caught it.

The bird flies at an angle of (30, 60, 78,7) degrees from the ground, and its height from the ground when it drops the fish is (8.6, 86.6, 111.8)yards.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello,

I have understood:

cos angle= 50/100=1/2==> angle=60°

sin angle=h/100==>h=100*sin 60°=100*√3 /2= 50*√3=86.602540...yd
