A DUI conviction remains on a driver's record for 75 years.

A DUI (Driving under the influence) conviction is a crime in every state of the United States of America, for every driver that manages a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Depending on the case you will receive some kind of criminal sentence such as fines, going on probation, jail, community service, your driver license can be revoked or suspended.

The time a DUI conviction remains on a driver's record also depends on the state the crime was committed, for example, in the state of Tennessee it remains for life but in Florida, it remains for 75 years.
