6.The narrator of “The Glass of Milk” does not tell the reader the boy’s name, though the narrators of “Gumption” and “The Piece of String” give the names of the main characters. How does the boy’s anonymity affect the reader’s experience of the story? What additional conclusion might you draw about the theme? any thing helps

If the boy in the story is anonymous, this allows the reader to experience a sense of making up the character in the readers image.When the character is known than it gives the reader a different experience with imaging this character from a third person perspective. The theme determines if you imagine the characteristics of the character or not.
