the Constitution divides power among three branches; the executive, the judicial, and the legislative. The executive branches' job is to enforce laws onto the people. The judicial branches' job is to review laws, make sure they are constitutional, and nullify those laws that are unconstitutional. And the legislative branches' job is to create laws.

There are three ways to divide the constitutions power. The Executive, Judicial and the Legislative. The Executive is the one who will enforce the law in the government. The judicial make sure the the law is well implemented and the Legislative creates the law.
