I'd say that the answer is A.) Deceit. If you look that word up in the dictionary, you will get:  the action or practice of deceiving someone by concealing or misrepresenting the truth. I think that this is fitting because Nora is being deceitful by hiding them.

Answer:

A) deceit

Step-by-step explanation:

The word "deceit" implies lies and dishonesty. A person is deceitful when he hides something so that other people will not find out the truth. In this case, Nora is not allowed to eat macaroons because Torvald has said so. In order to pretend she is following his rules, Nora eats them in secret, but hides them when he is around. This shows that Nora's relationship to Torvald is a deceitful one.
