The correct answers are B and C.

Trade flourished, and Dadu (currently Beijing) was the capital of the prior Yuan dynasty, which was razed and renamed.

A is incorrect because the civil service bureaucracy was widely in place.
D is incorrect because while Zheng He was a prominent figure in the Ming dynasty (he was a renowned commander) he did not found the dynasty.

The correct answer is B) Ming artistic achiviments included rugs, temples, lacquered trays and blue porcelain. Ming China did use the civil service system so A) is incorrect. They moved the capital to Beijing, but nothing was renamed or rebuilt thus C) is incorrect. Also Zheng He was simply a Chinese explorer so D) is incorrect as well.
