A political ideology is a body of ideas and principles that a person holds and keeps evolving along life, that provides an image of a desired society and defines some baseline measures that could be undertaken to advance towards it.

It is affected by the socioeconomic conditions and the specific chracteristics of the background of each person, such as the social class, the type of work performed, the level of education, where this person lives, etc .
