Since both inequalities has less than sign the shaded portion should be below both lines and the lines should be dotted lines. So the shaded portion in graph B satisfies the equation but the lines are not dotted.
Check the ones you could not upload and see if any of them has the same shaded portion as graph B and uses doted lines.
