Answer:

Domain (-∞, ∞)

Range (0, ∞)

Explanation:

As we know in a graph values on x-axis denote domain and values on y denote the range.

Now if we plug in the values of x to get the values of y we can draw the graph with the help of points with x and y coordinates.

The points will be (-2, 2),(-1, 0.5),(0,0),(1, 0.5),(2, 2)

The function shows its a graph of a parabola opening upwards with vertex at origin (0, 0).

The graph will look alike the figure attached.

Now we can see that on x- axis for every value of x there is value on y-axis.

So Domain will be (-∞, +∞)

and Range will be (0, +∞).

The domain and range of the function are the possible values of x and y, respectively. In this item, all possible numbers from negative infinity to positive infinity can be the value of x. Since x is raised to the exponent of two, the value of y should always be positive. Thus, y may take the values only from 0 to positive infinity.
Domain : (-∞ , +∞)
Range : (0, +∞)
