The other answer is correct i do not know why it is low rated the answer is y=1/4x+3

All you have to do to fund the inverse is you switch the X and y variables in the original equation to get the inverse one. But in order to obtain the inverse equation you actually need to solve the equation for y again. So for instance y=4x+12 = X=4y+12. X-12=4y. Y=1/4x-3.
