I believe the best answer for this question would be the Neolithic era. This period was also known as the Neolithic Revolution, or the Agricultural Revolution. During this time, many species of plants and animals evolved and were domesticated. Human society transformed from hunting and gathering to agricultural communities. Hope this helps.
