I believe the best answer would be "God's." Traditionally when writing epic poems, poets would refer to a Muse. John Milton goes against this tradition by referring to the "Muse" who actually inspired Moses. That Muse would be the Holy Spirit. Also keeping in mind that this poem is centered around Christian theology, this adds further support for this answer. Hope this helps.
