y=5x+10==>y-5x=10
y=5x+5==>y-5x=5

==>10=5 Is False

In these two linear equation which are in form of y = mx + c

Where m is the slope of line.

Here in equation R: slope of the line= 5

in equation S: slope of line = 5

Therefore both the lines have same slope means both the lines are parallel to each other and they don't intersect.

This clearly speaks that both the equations have no solutions.

Option D. is the correct option.
