1.625 is less than 1.7
If the 5 were to round the 2 it would be 1.63 and the 3 cannot be rounded up so if we looked at this this way: 1.6 and 1.7 we know that 1.7 would be greater.

Is 1.625 greater than, less than, or equal to 1.7
