What would the integer 500 equal using powers of 10? How did you come up with that answer?

Answer:

10^2 x 5 = 500

10 to the second power equals 100, then multiply by five and you get 500.

500 = 10^n then use 1n and your n value will be about 2.7 and that will give you 500 back use 10.
