Give a counterexample to the statement below.

A counterexample is an example which exempts to the given example. In this problem, "The percentage of change must always be less than 100%." have a counterexample "Scarcity", the prices would go up doubled, for example an apple which costs $1 would go up to 3$, having the percentage of change of 200% increase.
