One of the biggest misconceptions of stress is that it is always a bad thing. Yet you get good, healthy stress as well as the bad, unhealthy stress.

Healthy stress can be something that motivates of drives you in a positive way by for example reaching your goals and meeting daily challenges. It can also make you react quicker in certain situations where you have to be quick on your feet.

Unhealthy stress causes bad things, for example when you are put under too much pressure at work, it leaves you with an inability to concentrate and makes you anxious. This type of stress can also make you physically ill by causing headaches, body ache, illness etc.
