False people who have asthma can be affected more and people with weak lungs or larger pores

This is false. For one, air pollution has varying densities around the world. While in some places it can be very bad, in other places it is nearly non-existent. Also, some people react differently than others. For example, as was explained, someone with asthma is going to have a much harder time in polluted areas than someone with healthier lungs.
