10.5 lb
You can look at the question as 5.25% of 200 pounds. The "of" means to multiply so you would multiply 5.25% by 200. 5.25% can be written as 0.0525(dividing by 100, since percent is of 100).
0.0525*200=10.5 lb

find 5.25% of 200
remember
1% of 100=1
therefor
1% of 200=2
just remove the decimal and double it (for this special case of finding percent of 200)
5.25% of 200=5.25 times 2=10.5
answer is 10.5 pounds of copper
(the legit way is 0.0525 times 200=10.5 pound)
10.5lb is answer
