The correct answer to this question is B - if you observed a cell under a microscope and saw that it contained a plasma membrane, cell wall and ribosomes, but no other organelles, you could conclude that it is a prokaryotic cell. Organelles are the structures within cells such as the mitochondria that are not needed within prokaryotic cells.
