Lentigo Maligna remains as close to the skin surface for quite a while and is similar to superficial spreading type. It usually appears as flat or mildly elevated mottled tan , brown or dark brown discoloration. This type of melanoma rise in elderly , damaged skin on the face, ear, arms and upper trunk.
