False.

The effects of alcohol differ from every person. One could have symptoms worse than another. Also, on how alcohol could influence a person also varies. One could drink the same amount as another person, but couldn't even be affected, meaning that one person is drunk out of their mind while the other person drank the same amount but isn't even bothered by it.

False. Alcohol can affect different people in different manners. Our brains, as well as the chemical balances in our bodies, can be different than one another's and therefore can have different affects on different people neurologically, psychologically, and even physically.
