What latitudes are most likely to see glaciers?

A. 30° N and 30° SB. 45° N and 45° SC. 90° N and 90° SD. 10° N and 10° S

Well I think it's gonna be C - 90° N and 90° S - because those latitudes are located exactly on both north and south poles and there's nothing more likely to see glaciers than the poles themselves.
