Carbohydrates are broken down to glucose which is your body's main source of energy. Carbohydrates are important for your brain, muscles, kidneys and nervous systems.

Proteins build new cells and fixes damaged ones in your body.

Fats are broken down to their most simplest form of fatty acids. Fat is used for cell membranes, energy, absorbing fat soluble vitamins and support for your internal organs.

All these things are good but in moderation.
