A description of Protozoa:
- Are single-celled eukaryotes
- They are considered as heterotrophs
- Are extremely small
- Usually measure about 0.01 – 0.5 mm.
- Can move by flagella, cilia, or pseudopodia. They may also not be able to move at all.
